Using the DigiFilm app
How do I connect my camera?
Turn on your camera and press the Wi-Fi button on the bottom. Open DigiFilm and tap Connect on My Camera. If it doesn't connect, open your iPhone's Settings, then Wi-Fi, join the network that starts with DIGIFILM, and go back to the app.
How do I import my photos?
Once connected, My Camera shows how many new photos are waiting. Tap Import Photos. Your photos are saved on your phone and are never uploaded unless you send them to print.
How do the looks work?
The wheel on your camera has Retro, Daze, Mono and Mood. For Mood, choose the look in the Filters tab, and it's applied when you import.
How does Roll Club work?
Twelve prints a month, mailed on the 1st. Send your photos in the app by the cutoff it shows, 7 days before the 1st. Manage or cancel your membership at digifilmcamera.com/account.
Something's wrong with my prints.
Email us at support@digifilmcamera.com within 30 days and we'll make it right.
How do I delete my account?
In the app, go to Settings, then Delete account. Our app privacy policy explains what's deleted.
Support asked me to send diagnostics.
In the app, go to Settings, then Support, then Send diagnostics to support. It opens an email with a technical file attached. Nothing is sent until you press Send.
